SHIPPING
Every piece is made to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Nothing is printed until you place an order. That means a short production window before your order ships, on top of transit time. Here's what to expect.
Most orders are produced within 2-7 business days before they ship. Simpler pieces like tees are usually on the faster end of that window (2-3 days); more involved prints and heavier garments can take closer to a week. Production time can run longer during high-volume periods like the holidays.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production. If your order hasn't updated in more than 7 business days after you placed it, reach out and we'll look into it for you.
If you need to update a shipping address, contact us the same day you place the order. Once an item enters production, we can no longer guarantee a change can be made.
Occasionally, weather, carrier disruptions, or customs checks push a delivery past the estimated window. These are outside our control, but if your order is significantly delayed, get in touch and we'll help track it down.
